Q1: How do I rename a patient file and folder?

Call technical support and this will be done remotely by us.

Q2: How do I write to a CD?

1. Insert your blank CD into the CD drive and wait for the "CD writing window" to come up.
2. Go back to WhiteCap and navigate to your patient folder that contains the images you wish to write to CD.
3. Click on the Speedy CD button on the tool bar.
4. After a few seconds go back to the CD writing window and click "write these files to CD".
